Faith Garlington is a candidate for a Masters in Business Administration with an International Studies Certificate at Oklahoma State University. She earned her B.A. in Music and a Certificate in Early Childhood Education in 2003 from Agnes Scott College in Atlanta, GA. Faith has experience in the public education and non-profit sectors. She has served as an elementary school teacher, a community organizer for a progressive grassroots organization, a 2010 Census taker, a field organizer for a U.S. presidential campaign, and subsequently as the Administrative Director for the Tulsa League of Women Voters, local chapter of a national nonprofit. Faith has lived and traveled abroad, from Prague, Czech Republic to Barranquilla, Colombia. She is also a member of Leadership Tulsa Class 43. Faith was also elected by her Creativity Innovation Entrepreneurship (CIE) Scholar colleagues to serve as president of the 2010-2011 CIE Scholars class. Recently, Faith was one of two winners of the Paulsen Award, a $5,000 scholarship from the Oklahoma Business Roundtable. Faith is a native of Knoxville, TN and has been a violinist for over 20 years.
