- Bill Clinton's book "Giving" spoke about Kiva and I knew immediately that I wanted to be involved with this. I like the proverb "Show a man and he'll teach no-one. Show a woman and she'll teach the village." Another proverb I like is "Money is like manure. You've got to spread it around to let small things grow." The idea of being a like a small bank is such a wonderful idea! To be directly contributing to people growing their businesses in places that are tiny specks on a map is just an awesome concept!

My organisation serves an area with a population of over 100,000 people, providing services from children's health, youth services, aged care, health, events, infrastructure and more. The website I develop helps people learn about our activities and how we can help them in their lives.
