Grad. student
I loan because:
I can feel my $25 would surely contribute to someone's life which is totally unknown to me.
About me:
I am a grad student majoring sociology of development. Now I am writing a Master’s thesis concerning kiva. In this summer I went to Ghana, a middle-sized country in Western Africa, to do field work concerning the research. I succeeded in interviewing some staffs in a microfinance institution and the borrowers to find the actualities of the financial project. After I returned to Japan, I also had some opportunities to talk to a couple of lenders on kiva in order to understand their feeling and intention to lend money to unknown people across the internet.
