At the risk of sounding like a cliche' No one can do everything, everyone can do something, and if we all do something , it WILL change the world. It sounds too simple to be effective in a big complicated world, but it just may be that it is the ONLY effective way to change the world. I believe with all of my heart that if you are going to walk this planet and use the resources , you MUST give something back and if all you have is a dime, because the rent is due and the car is in the shop, and the hospital bills are pouring in, then give that dime. Just give it. It will change your life. The very best way that I have found to survive the tough times is to do something for someone else. You don't have to be able to do some huge thing in order to be effective and make a difference in someones life. For that reason, I am glad that I found Kiva.
