Bio:: Claude is an experienced management consultant at Capgemini, specialised in business transformation in the financial industry. Born in Mexico, raised in the Netherlands in a Dutch / English / French family he made sure that his working environment would offer him an international perspective. Consulting assignments took him to many countries in Europe, US, Asia and Africa and allowed him to deepen his interests in multiple countries and languages. Having an eye for developmental challenges, Claude got interested in the phenomenon of microfinance and involved in Kiva as a lender. He volunteers for a role of Kiva Fellow, knowing that true understanding of the process and benefits of microfinance only comes with real field experience.
