I loan because:: Micro lending opens the door for anyone to be able to afford giving despite their level of income. As an entrepreneur who understands that giving is important, the risks I take in my own business ventures occasionally restricts my own ability to help others. However, Kiva allows me the flexibility to give whenever I can.
About me:: First and foremost I enjoy life and enjoy people. I don't put the highest value on money, but rather on life experiences, family and friends. I enjoy creating and sharing visions for new possibilities and business ideas and then being actively involved in launching them with a mission that it may someday help others grow. Some of my visions have created businesses that ended in bankruptcy and others as multi-million dollar businesses. I don't fear failure. I believe that if you don't keep on trying you can never really succeed. I encourage others to have courage, self-respect, integrity and to maintain the willingness to press forward no matter what comes their way.
