About me:
During the academic year, I teach elementary math and literacy in a high-need public school in Denver, CO. In the summer of 2008 I served as a Kiva Fellow in Kathmandu, Nepal, and I will be returning to the field this summer.

Bio:
Chris is a graduate of Yale University and a current Teach for America Corps Member in Denver, Colorado. As a recipient of the Rustgi and Charles H. Siegel research fellowships, Chris has completed field research related to Buddhist art in Nepal's Khumbu region and post-conflict identity politics in the southern Nepal. Chris previously served as a Kiva Fellow with Patan BPW in the summer of 2008. Having taught, studied, and worked in Nepal periodically over the past six years, Chris is excited to return to the field. Chris speaks Spanish and Nepali and plans pursue a career in social enterprise.
