Bio:
Carlos Cruz Montano grew up in Mexico City and moved to the United States in 1998 to complete his undergraduate studies. He brings a background in project work as a design and lead engineer in the Capital Projects Team with Entergy in New Orleans. He studied business part time and concentrated in International Business. During this time he developed interest in small business and social entrepreneurship and volunteered as a translator for the Louisiana Small Business Development Center. Carlos likes to travel and practices yoga; he believes every work experience is an opportunity to learn and serve others.
