I loan because:: I believe that helping people to help themselves, is the best way to raise peoples living standards through out the world. In my travels, I have observed that when they are given the access they need to money people are incredibly hard-working and resourceful. In the developed world we should do all we can to make access to money available. Kiva does this.
About me:: I work in London with The London Link, a company that gives advice and assistance to business people and professionals, from all over the world, who want to live and work in the United Kingdom. This is varied work and allows me to meet many fascinating people from all over the world. I find my job very satisfying, because I think that people who have the drive and determination to leave their own countries and move abroad, have a huge amount that they can contribute to their new countries and that this can be a mutually beneficial relationship.
