A lack of necessary funding, particular in a capitalist world that wastes so much, is criminal. If you have a dream and you are willing to work hard, life should reward you. There is absolutely no shortage of a work ethic in the third world. Since the wealth of the USA has been built on the resources of the third world, seems like its only fair that we make a contribution, that we aid our brothers and sisters who haven't had it as easy as we have.
