I loan because:: I loan primarily to loan groups with people who have independent purposes for their loans, not just a single business, offer a group guarantee, and live in countries that are below HDI ( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_Development_Index ) 150. I may make exceptions to this rule. The reason why I loan is that the categorical imperative ( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Categorical_imperative ) demands that you cannot rely on the government alone to support people in developing countries.
