Bio:: Anne is a native of Boston. After graduation from college, Anne joined a management consulting firm in Boston. After 3 years with the firm, and looking for a change, Anne moved to Jakarta, Indonesia and joined an international consulting firm focused on the health sector. In this capacity, Anne worked with multinational firms across Southeast Asia, helping them invest in the health sector. She advises her clients on evolving national health systems and shifting health sector dynamics. Two recent projects have included advising a European vaccines company for success in the Indonesian national vaccines program, and developing a financial model for growth of the Philippines hospital market. Anne initially became interested in microfinance through her work in health, as she believes there is potential for alternative forms of financing to support both supply and demand side health sector development. Anne hopes to pursue an MBA/MPH in the future. Anne is proud to call Indonesia and Southeast Asia home and is excited to get to know Cambodia and Indonesia better while learning about microfinance.
