Ankush recently graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in Economics and Political Science. Wanting to become a more global citizen of the world, Ankush is taking a year off from school in order to travel the planet. He has already traveled to India, Latin America, and Southeast Asia; he plans to extend this list before he starts law school in the Fall of 2009. Ankush is fluent in English and Hindi (Punjabi), and has colloquial skills in Spanish. Ankush is interested in microfinance not only because of its humanitarian goals, but also because of its economic implications.
