I loan because:: Someone said this is a good way to empower people that have otherwise no access to financial services. I only lend to African males.They appear not hot have the best lender / entrepeneur reputation, and by lending to them, I hope some good examples will rise to the surface, to inspire others. If not, I hope they have had a good time spending the money ;-). (of course, many of the loans are pre-disbursed, so in fact i have little control over the destination of the money)
