Mercedes makes and sells rellenos, (a popular bolivian snack made with meat and mashed potatoes) from a small snack stand located near the 10 de enero market in the populated region of Pampahasi. She has worked there for the past 5 years. She worked for an institution in February but has returned and lives in her own home with her father. She is a well-known person in the area. She will invest the loan money in supplies to make the rellenos, a food that is typically served in the morning. The ingredients that she needs are: flour, potatoes, bananas, meat and vegetables. All of this is accompanied by different types of vegetable salads.

Mercedes se dedica a la venta de rellenos en un pequeño snack ubicado cerca del mercado 10 de Enero,en la populosa zona de Pampahasi desde hace 5 años, trabajó en la institución en febrero del año pasado, y ahora vuelve, vive en su propia casita con su papá. Es una persona muy conocida por la zona. Invertirá el crédito en la compra de víveres para la preparación de los rellenos, es una comida tipica que se sirve, generalmente, en las mañanas. Los insumos que utilizan son: harina, papa, platano de cocinar, carne y verduras; todo esto va acompañado de diferentes ensaladas de verduras.
