Ana, 38, is a doting mother of two small children, her treasures, and she and her husband try to give them the best. For that, they bought a house that cost a lot of build. From the time she was a girl, she's had to work hard to help her family and, among the jobs that she's done to earn money, she found that her true vocation is embroidery. She started by making different fabrics because her creativity had led her to be recognized for that skill at the factories where she worked. Later, she acquired a special machine for knitting and embroidery which allowed her to continue working--at home now--on clothing brought to her because only she, with her great creativity, could provide the level of decoration required. Since then, she's been happier because she no longer has to be away from home. She now has the chance to both work and care for her family. Next she wants to improve the level of services that she provides with a more specialized machine and instruments that will ease her difficult work, work that on some days requires her to complete 100 to 300 clothing pieces. Ana likes her working group, a group that's been working with MFP for more than 5 years, and she's grateful for the help they've provided with certain administrative tasks, something that's been very valuable during her time there. This will be her first individual loan, outside of the group, because she needs a larger amount of working capital. With the goal of buying some tools or cloth, Ana is applying for a 3000-soles loan that she will use to buy supplies for her business.
