Ella posee una tienda llamada “tienda Martita” la cuál es administrada y atendida por ella misma, ya que sus padres se la entregaron a ella para que pudiera obtener el dinero para seguir adelante con sus estudios universitarios. En su negocio vende ropa, granos básicos, bebidas, embutidos, pollos, entre otras cosas más de primera necesidad, su tienda posee muy buena demanda ya que es una de las tiendas más surtidas del lugar. Marta solicita un préstamo a través del cual pueda comprar tambos de gas para comercializarlos en el lugar, así como también productos de la canasta básica.
