Señora Lidia, from the time that she was very small, has been selling fried fish and the Bolivian fish soup known as "Wallake". In the morning she is selling these with her mother at a busy crossroads in a populous area of the city of La Paz, and in the afternoons in Illampu Street in the city center. She lives with her school age daughter who helps her with preparing the soup. The loan will be invested in the purchase of construction materials to finish the bedroom area that her mother fixed up for her in their house.
La sra. Lidia se dedica desde muy pequeña a la venta de pescado frito y sopa de pescado conocido como “wallake”, en las mañanas vende junto a su mamá en el cruce de las villas, populoso sector de la ciudad de La Paz, y por la tarde en la calle Illampu, centro de la ciudad, vive con su hija que está en edad escolar, quien le ayuda en la preparación de la sopa. El crédito será invertido en la compra de materiales de construcción para terminar la pieza en el lugar que su mamá le designó en la casa.
