Daniel
Daniel B. S. is 26 years old. He is married and is a native of the city of Tecpan, Guatemala. For several years he was employed as a blacksmith in Guatemala City where he learned his craft, but then he decided to start his own workshop closer to home. Starting up was difficult because he only had basic tools, but his wife has helped to support their family by selling shoes. Daniel would like to expand his workshop by purchasing materials such as metal sheets, poles, hinges and welding materials. He works with some institutions that pay him monthly, but he doesn’t have enough capital to purchase the necessary materials for his clients.

Daniel’s children are currently in elementary school and they have a home, but he needs to find a place to rent for his workshop. His dream is that his children can continue to study, that he will be able to improve their home, and that he can provide a good life for his family.
