Ou C., 54, lives with his wife in the Kampong Cham province. He grows rice and works as a mechanic, making around US$6 per day. His wife stays at home doing housework. This couple has five children; two are in school, one is married and two others are employed as construction workers in Thailand. Ou C. would like to take out a loan to purchase mechanic's tools and use the rest to expand his cultivation.
