Sokhorn has been a silk weaver for nine years, a skill she learned from her neighbor. She sells her finished products to the middleman in the village who then takes them to sell at the market in Phnom Penh. Mr. Savoeun Un has been a construction worker for fifteen years. Sokhorn is asking for a loan of US$ 600 to purchase silk materials for her weaving business and to build a bathroom for her family.
