El señor José Leonel tiene la edad de 38 años, habita en el kilómetro. 11 ½ carretera a Masaya entrada Esquípulas, todavía no es casado vive con su mamá y trabaja como Administrador de cybernik, los sueños de don José es llegar a tener su propio negocio y lograr mejorar la casa de su mamá ya que en un futuro piensa casarse y formar una familia .La mayor necesidad que tiene es la falta de financiamiento, ya que lo que el gana aporta parte para la casa y sus propios gastos. El solicita la cantidad de C$ 8.000.00 para comprar materiales de construcción y poder mejorar parte de la vivienda y poder sentirse sastifecho con los logros
