Maria Teresa de 48 años de edad, esta solicitando su 6to credito para la construccion que inicio con el credito anterior como es construir el frente de los cuartos y poner lavamanos y servicios higienicos, si el credito se lo permite hara embaldozado, tiene un hijo a su cargo, el que esta estudiando la escuela primaria. Actualmente se desempeña como consejal en la Alcaldia de Juigalpa iniciando en el mes de Enero 2009. Ella se ha planteado la meta de ampliar su casa, ya que es una casa de proecto construida por el gobierno español. Su credito anterior lo pago por adelantado para solicitar otro nuevo y continuar con la construccion.
