Martha Lorena es casada, tiene 48 años de edad, adquirio una vivienda en el Residencial Bosques de Juigalpan donde desea realizar mejoras como son: anexo para la cocina, construccion de pantry y poner ceramica al piso que esta embaldozado, acutalmente esta habitando en casa de una hermana donde no tiene condiciones ni privacidad, su esposo trabaja en estados unidios y esta gestionando su jubilacion para trasladarse a su vivienda en Juigalpa, donde pasara su jubilacion con su esposa y sus 2 hijos, uno de 8 años estudiando el 3er grado de primaria y la otra actualmente en estados unidos estudiando la secundaria. Una vez que la vivienda preste las condiciones necesarias se trasladaran para Nicaragua a cumplir su sueño de vida, descansar junto a su esposa e hijos. Doña Martha Lorena esta dispuesta a continuar mejorando su vivienda una vez que su esposo este en Nicaragua, ya que en estos momentos se les hace dificil estar atendiendo gastos familiares en 2 lugares.
