The Communal Bank Kusi Ayllu, which means Happy Family in Quechua, belongs to Project Wari I, the members are from Vilcashuaman District, which is located 3400 meters above sea level. The community has approximately 700 inhabitants and the community is engaged in the sale of animals, groceries, also agriculture, livestock, the primary crops being corn, potato, wheat and barley. The members have various businesses, as is the case with Graciela, who is married and has 6 children. Graciela sells groceries at home,she also sells chinaware. In the communal bank she is learning to save, the loan that she will obtain will be invested in purchasing cups and dishes. Graciela dreams of her children becoming professionals, and she is saving to buy a house in the city of Ayacucho.

On the other hand Berta is married and has 5 children, Berta sells food at various markets, with the loan she will buy rice, sugar and bags of noodles. Berta's dreams are to improve her business and have a restaurant.

Meanwhile, Celestina is married and has 4 children. Celestina sells meat in a kiosk in the neighborhood market, the neighborhood convenience store market, the purchase of animal communities and benefit them. El Banco Comunal Kusi Ayllu que significa Familia Alegre en quechua, pertenece al Proyecto Wari I, las socias son del distrito de Vilcashuaman, se ubica a 3400 m.s.n.m. la comunidad cuenta con un aproximado de 700 habitantes, la comunidad se dedica a la venta de animales, abarrotes, también a la agricultura, ganadería, siendo los cultivos primordiales el maíz, papa, trigo, cebada.
Las socias realizan diferentes negocios como es el caso de Graciela que es casada, tiene 6 hijos, Graciela vende abarrotes en su casa, además vende loceria, en el banco comunal esta aprendiendo a ahorrar, el préstamo que obtendrá será invertido en la compra tazas, platos, Graciela sueña con que sus hijos sean profesionales, y esta ahorrando para comprar una casa en la ciudad de Ayacucho.
Por otro lado Berta es casada, tiene 5 hijos, Berta se dedica a la venta de comida en las diferentes ferias, con el préstamo que obtendrá comprara arroz, azúcar, fideo por sacos, los sueños de Berta son mejorar su negocio y tener una restaurante.
Mientras que Celestina es casada, tiene 4 hijos, Celestina se dedica a la venta de carnes en un kiosco del mercado vecinal, los animales los compra de las comunidades y los beneficia ella misma. Celestina en su Banco Comunal aprendió a ahorrar, Celestina con el préstamo que obtendrá comprara animales, los sueños de Celestina son que sus hijos sean profesionales y que su negocio sea grande.
