The “ Villa Concepcion” group was formed because of the desire of its members to make more money for their households and help with the household expenses. The received a loan for 800,000 and used it for a variety of things such as buying ingredients to make food, buying milk, sugar, herbs, flour, salt, breads and vegetables for resale, to by second-hand clothes to sell, to buy and sell footwear, to buy and sell meat, to buy and sell cheese, eggs and so on. All of these activities help these women pay for various necessities for their homes and ensure a better future for their children.
