Mr. Phan N. is 38 years old and lives in the countryside with his wife and three children. He and his wife are farmers and makes US$6 every day. They started growing rice and vegetables in 2006. Three of their children are students. Phan N. would like to take out a loan to purchase fertilizers and farming tools to expand his cultivation.
