En sus inicios don Luis realizaba sólo compostura de calzados para otro microempresario, hace aproximadamente 10 (diez) años que con mucho esfuerzo y visión de independencia adquirió sus maquinarias básicas para confeccionar calzados de diferentes tipos, éstos lo comercializa en forma directa o a través de microcomerciantes en la zona del departamento central.
El objetivo de este crédito es cubrir con propiedad la demanda de calzados por inicio de la temporada escolar.
