Mex Y., 58, lives with his wife in Takeo province, Cambodia. He is a taxi driver who typically makes US$ 7 every day. His wife grows and sells vegetables at the market to earn approximately US$ 10 per day. This couple has five children and all of them are students. Mr. Mex Y. would like to take out a loan to purchase a water pump to irrigate his wife’s farm.
