I Komang Wistra
I Komang Wistra has fully paid off his 1st loan from DINARI foundation. He used that loan for his farming activities, buying organic and chemical fertilizer. As a result his vanilla farm (Vanilla planifolia) gives a good harvest. One vanilla plant can produce 2-5 KG vanilla. He harvested around 500 KG in the last harvest season. However due to the drop in vanilla price, I Komang Wistra only earned IDR 2.5 million from it (around USD 210).

I Komang Wistra is now planning to a new loan from DINARI. This time around he wants to focus on his Cacao plants. He switched to Cacao because cacao price is more stabile than vanilla. He is going to use this loan to buy more high quality cacao seed and fertilizer.
