Julia Liliana
Julia Liliana is an extremely hard-working woman who lives in a very poor area just outside Guatemala City. She is always busy sewing clothes (her first businesses) and has recently graduated from a professional pastry course specializing in cake preparation (her second business).

Her children have helped her greatly to succeed. She currently has her sewing business, and it has done very well. The products are of good quality, and her clients are demanding more products. Julia Liliana needs a loan to increase her products and to better meet the needs of her customers.

This is her second loan with Kiva. She will use part of this loan to buy more fabric and sewing necessities, and part of the loan to invest in the bakery and to buy the many things she needs for this business. She says that all of this will allow her to continue moving forward and to be a better person every day.
