Her husband is the head of the household who is entirely responsible for living costs every day. He is 36 years old and has been operating a motor-taxi business for about 9 years. On average, he makes US$ 2 every day. This couple has two young children. Mrs. Kong P. is asking for a loan to replace their old and unreliable motorbike with a better one for her husband to use to operate a motor-taxi.
