Mok S. is 25 years old and lives with her mother in the Bati district of Takeo province. She weaves scarves and makes about $3 of profit per day. Her mother also works as a weaver and earns around $3 per day as well. Mok S. is a single woman who has two brothers. She would like to take out a loan of $800 to purchase silk dresses and resell them to the market-wholesaler in Phnom Penh city.
