Luz is a member of the Communal Bank "Maria de la Paz". She lives with her partner, she is 53 years old and she has two children. They are 32 and 29 years old and they are married. For 15 years now, Luz has owned a store where she sells canisters of gas. She started with only 10 canister of gas. Now she sells much more and her daughter helps her in the store. The group has taught her how to save money and it has also helped her by giving her loans. She also has made many faithful friends. Luz needs a loan of $325 (1,000 Soles) so that she can replace the motor of her vehicle. The dream of Luz is to own a taxi company.
