When her children started to work in a commercial center, she realized that there was demand by the workers for daily homemade meals. That is, a delivery service of meals to their workplace. Thanks to the support of her children, she became well known and nowadays she has a regular number of customers to whom she delivers a daily lunch.

In addition, Delma also sells beauty products in her free time, and at night, she sells salchipapas (meat and potatoes fast food dish).

Her husband works as a laborer, and together they contribute to the household expenses. Their six children are already independent, and so they would like to open their own restaurant in their own house.

A raíz de que sus hijos empezaron a trabajar en un centro comercial, se fue dando cuenta de la demanda que existía de parte de los trabajadores para poder vender menús como pensión, es decir un servicio delivery al centro de trabajo. Gracias al apoyo de sus hijos fue haciéndose conocida y hoy en día cuenta con un número regular de clientes a quien reparte almuerzo a diario.

Por otro lado, Delma se dedica también a vender productos de belleza en sus tiempos libres y por las noches vende salchipapas.

Su esposo trabaja como albañil y entre ambos contribuyen a cubrir los gastos de la casa. Sus seis hijos ya son independientes, por ello en un futuro quisiera abrir un restaurante en su propia casa.
