La señora Bilma es socia del Banco Comunal “Miraflores”, comunidad de Sacaria Titicachi, distrito de Pilcuyo, Provincia de El Collao, Departamento de Puno; de 43 años de edad, tienen 03 hijos, y es casada; asimismo posee estudios de secundaria completa.
Trabaja hace 01 año con el Movimiento Manuela Ramos, su negocio es la compra, engorde y venta de ganado; así como la venta de frutas en los mercados de Ilave y Pilcuyo, su primer préstamo fue de S/.500.00 nuevos soles que le sirvió para más mercadería (frutas).
Con este préstamo de S/. 1200.00 Nuevos soles, monto que se compromete a pagar en 03 meses de manera puntual, el dinero lo destinará en la compra de más frutas (pepinillos, platano, manzanas, etc. de acuerdo a la época), para venderlos en las ferias de Ilave y Pilcuyo; ello le servirá para poder ayudar en los estudios de sus hijos y en su alimentación diaria.
