Mr. Juana Alberto Hernández is 45 years old, lives in the neighborhood called San Caralampio, in Concepcion, and together with his wife. They are merchants and have two children in their care who study in primary school. Their plan for the family is to be successful in buying a tract of land where they could have the infrastructure for a shop. For 19 years he has worked as a electrical mechanic, and with his own strength has been able to maintain the business. He is asking for finances to be able to improve his business through buying tools that the business demands, and he wants to get more clients so that one day, his children will be able to work alongside him, so they can be good men.
