Pai K., 57, lives in Bati district with her husband and sells coconuts in front of a nearby garment factory and makes about $1 profit each day. Her husband operates a motor-taxi and is makes about $5 each day. The couple has six children. All of the children are employed and share their income to help raise their family's standard of living. Mrs. Pai K. is requesting a loan to purchase a motorbike and trailer for her husband to expand his motor-taxi business.
