Letecia A. B., 45 years old, married to Herminio A. B.
and they have four children. Two of the childrne have already completed their studies while the others are still in school. They live at Sicayab, Dipolog City.
Her sari-sari ( small grocery) store business plays an important role in their lives especially in sending her children to school. She started her business with a capital of PhP200. With the help of God , her capital has grown to PhP1000 and has added other goods and commodities to her small sari-sari store.
Because of her desire to expand her sari-sari store, she decided joining Paglaum MPC to avail loan of PhP14,000 to buy additional merchandise such as basic commodities for sale. She thinks that this would help her business to grow.
Through this, she wants to see all her children to finish their studies. She also plans
to make her sari-sari store a mini-grocery in the near future.
