Since she was young, she sold beauty products from a catalog. She worked in a sewing shop for a number of years until she quit. But three years ago she started providing meals. Her husband is a construction boss. Every day, she brings the meals and hands out 70 to 100 of them. In the kitchen she relies on an assistant. Everything has to be ready by 11 A.M. She takes the food to Avenida Arequipa ("Arequipa Avenue"). She needs a loan of 3000 soles to buy a 10 kilo rice cooker, stock her kitchen with a blender and frying pans, and to remodel the kitchen. Her dream is to run a bazaar because of the more relaxed atmosphere. She is thinking about her old age.
