Elle est mariée à AKANDE Basitou un commerçant de profession. Elle a trois enfants dont deux garçons et une fille tous scolarisés. Elle exerce l'activité de la vente de divers; par exemple: les produits de beauté, de cheveux, sucre, lait liquide et en poudre, savons, détergents, biscuits, bombons et huile d'arachide. Elle va s'approvisionner à Tokpa (marché international du BENIN). Elle est à son troisième crédit pour soutenir son activité.
