Seang S., age 37, is married and lives in Kampong Cham. She makes and sells fermented fish in a busy market and is able to make around US$10 in revenue every day. She has had her business since she was single. Her husband stays at home and helps make the fermented fish. This couple has two school-aged children. Mrs. Seang S. wants to use this loan to make more fermented fish to sell.
