Mr. S. is a rice farmer and owns a rice extraction machine. He lives in Phsaleu Village in Pursat Province, Cambodia. He is 29 years old and just married. They have not had any children yet. His wife is 26 years old and raises cattle for sell. The young couple work hard to generate income and save the money for their children's future. They are facing difficulty with their rice farming business, Mr. S. needs two buffaloes and a cart to use for transportation. He is asking for a loan to achieve this goal. Kiva lenders’ funds will be used to expand the outreach of HKL’s financial services to a greater number of clients in rural areas of Cambodia.
