Tang C., age 30, is a taxi driver with a private company in Phnom Penh, Battambang. He has been driving for 8 years and earns about $7 US a day. His wife, Kong Thida, 26, works selling wood from their home in Battambang province. On average, she makes $3 US a day.
Mr. Tang C. would like to take out a loan of $1000 US to purchase a used car to rent out. This will provide extra income to help improve their standard of living.
