L. Tho is a hard working cook and single mother. She has two daughters and one son, who all live at home. L. Tho earns a salary of $80 per month as a cook. Her grown daughter works in a local factory and earns a salary of $50 per month. Her son is a motor taxi driver and earns about $30 a month. L. Tho is requesting a loan of $500 in order to purchase a better motor bike for her son. This will cut down on his current expenses, and allow him to contribute more to the family income. L. Tho wants to be able to provide her children with as many opportunities as she can, and she believes that this loan will allow her to do this even more, especially for her son.
