Sus planes para la familia es tener un patrimonio para sus hijos. Don cesar se desempeña como vendedor de ropa variadas de niño y adulto vende al contado y al crédito, su pequeño negocio lo tiene desde hace treinta años, lo inicio con fondo propio, los planes para su negocio es aumentar el volumen de venta mediante nuevos productos y nuevos sectores de mercado. Con esta solicitud es la tercera lo cual ha sido de muchos beneficios ya que ha hecho mejoras a su vivienda con este préstamo de Afodenic lograra comprar materiales de construcción como: cemento, bloques, zinc y así seguir mejorando la infraestructura de su casa obteniendo mayor seguridad para su familia
