El señor Erico tiene 41 años, está casado y tiene 2 hijos, su actividad diaria es la de vender chipas, pan, galletas, pan dulce, etc. en su local propio y en algunas oportunidades en forma ambulante, la elaboración de la misma se encarga su esposa con la ayuda de su hija, quién en forma paciente produce una buena cantidad de estos productos .
En el oficio esta dedicado desde hace mas de 20 años y es muy conocido en la zona porque su calidad de persona y por las delicias de sus chipas y pan caseros.
Con los préstamos que obtuvo de la Fundación Paraguaya, lo invirtió en la compra de materia prima para la elaboración de chipas y panes, tales como almidón, queso, aceite vegetal, leñas, harinas, levaduras, entre otros productos, esto le permitió tener una buena cantidad de producción lo que hace que los costos de producción bajen y por ende le genera la posibilidad de bajar el precio de venta de sus producto sin descuidar su utilidad.
