Mrs. Sam P., 48, is a mother of four and works with her husband growing cucumbers, cabbage, and rice and also raising pigs. They started this work in 1990 and with their farming activity they can collectively make $6.00 of income per day.
Two of their children are students and the other two are employed as drivers, earning together $2.60 of income per day.
