Mr. Choeun K., the village bank president, was selected by the members. He is a laborer who earns a small income that supports his family. His wife, Mrs. Mao Yath, is a pig breeder. Since her breeding business is going well, she wants to expand it.
Thus, Mr. Choeun K. has decided to ask for a loan to buy more piglets for his wife's breeding business.
