His principal work is the buying and selling of cattle. This business requires lots of travel because he needs to go to remote areas where these animals cost less. This necessitates considerable financial means. The business is very profitable, but his lack of capital makes his income insignificant, and living conditions remain difficult in his household.
Also Eldaniz has a car which he uses sometimes to take local people from one village to another. But his business is not permanent and does not bring enough funds to cover basic family needs.
To strengthen his business, he is asking for a loan of 1200 USD, which will serve to buy more cattle. This will allow him to effectively meet the needs of his household.
